New life in Japan

Hello everyone!

First of all we want to apologize for not adding any news on this blog in long time.
Our last few weeks in the States were very busy and hectic trying to get everything ready
for our move to Japan.
Now we are here and we have been for the past week. It has been a week of adjustment,
tiredom, sickness, and difficult travel, Internet and local communication arrangements. But
it has also been an awesome week of excitement, moving, seeing the beauty of Japan,
buying cellphones, an earthquake, culture and job training and finally this past Friday getting
to know the schools we will be working with. I will give more details of this first week later on,
because I am typing this blog on our iPod with the church's Internet, which is slightly more difficult
than on a laptop.we live the farthest away from other AETs, so we have not had as many opportunities to
get online, but hopefully we will get Internet this coming saturday in our appartment which means we
will be more able to update this blog more regularly.
Tomorrow we will start working, so please pray for us as we start working in the Japanese school system.
We will both be working in two different schools.
